Marc Megna is one of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in Miami. As a former professional football player, Megna knows how to train and attain goals. After playing at the University of Richmond where we was a two-time All-American athlete, he was drafted to the New York Jets. During his football career in the NFL and CFL, he played for the New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Montreal Alouettes. After football, Megna moved to Miami where he began inspiring others to reach their fitness goals. As a serious athlete, he understands that hard work and motivation are critical to achieving results. He has written about health for Maximum Fitness, Mensfitness, Muscletech and Elite Fitness Systems.


Amanda Latona

Amanda Latona is an IFBB Bikini Pro, fitness model and certified personal trainer. She is a spokesperson for BodyBuilding.com and BSN and a TV host and singer. Latona’s first dream was singing lead and that lead her to her fitness goals. The all-girl singing group she was a part of got gym memberships and the rest is history. Latona was hooked on fitness, nutrition and the healthy lifestyle. She combined her two loves the stage and fitness and became an IFBB Bikini Pro! She’s known for her amazing sculpted body! Latona is a focused, dedicated and enthusiastic fitness pro who knows her stuff! She has the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals and to look and feel their absolute best.


Jana Webb

After doing her yoga training in Toyko Japan, Jana Webb decided she must share her insight and fitness regime with others. Webb is known for her breakthrough yoga style called “Joga” or “Yoga for Jocks” that helps train high performance and elite athletes. Webb’s athletic background has influenced her training deeply. She began training at the National Sports Development Centre where she taught everything from volleyball to hockey to basketball. From there, Webb moved onto NHL, CFL, NFL and Canadian Olympic and National Teams. Webb’s training is powerful and effective because it concentrates on specific postures and movement that benefit the athletes in their individual sports.
